When a Durban based spa business owner wanted to expand her business, she contacted us. As entrepreneurs, we see the opportunity to grow other businesses, as an opportunity to grow ourselves.

Working with the owner, we undertook market research and formulated a Repositioning Strategy, a Communication Plan designed to not just relaunch her business, but also create new demand for her services by identifying possible growth ventures. We also redesigned her Corporate Identity and developed a Go-To-Market Plan.
